Wesley's 2 years old!

Wesley's birthday was on the 20Th and we had a great time celebrating! He opened his presents while Don made pancakes for his birthday breakfast.

Then he had a doctors appointment and afterwords he got to go
to Wasilla lake for a picnic and play in the water with the ducks!

He's eating Oreo cookies and soaking his shoes. I couldn't stop him and I didn't feel like he needed stopping.

Then after Don got home from work, we sang happy birthday
and he blew out his candles. it was a lot of fun!

Here's some shots of him getting all messy with his cake. Don't worry, Donny and Savana got to eat cake too, they just didn't have any in these pictures. hahaha

We got a sail boat! It's just perfect for our little family and we LOVE it! It's so relaxing laying out on the boat while the wind takes us where we want to go. Very quiet and peaceful.
Don steers the rudder while holding Tamara. Look at those smiles!

I love this picture. Wesley kept popping his head up from below, where him and Tamara were staying warm and looking at books. Our boat sleeps 4 adults comfortable. It's so much fun!

We call Donny "Swab" a nick-name he picked up after we watched the movie "Captain Ron" he did a good job at helping with the sails when Daddy yelled "JIVE HO!" it was so cute!

PLAY BALL!

Little Donny playing short stop for his first T-ball game. The mit he's using was given to him by his dad who played with it when he was in T-ball, who got it from his dad who played with it when he was in T-ball, who got it from his dad who baught it brand new some time in the late 50's I think. Donny was so excited to play with the same mit that his great grandpa Don Zoerb baught long before his dad was born. Especially since Donny's the fourth Don Zoerb in the family.

7 years already?

Don and I met 7 years ago today. I remember when we met, I forgot about any other guy I might have been interested in. I had parked my car on the side of the road so that I could go rollerblading. He walked with me back to my car and we just kept on talking, we wanted to get to know each other right away and we didn't want to say goodbye. So I said, "You should come over and meet my family." and we'd only known each other for about 20 minutes! It really was love at first sight. About 5 day's later we were going for a ride on his dad's ATV. We rode back to his dad's house and pulled into the tree covered driveway. Don pulled over to the side before the curve and turned around so that he was sitting backwards on the seat and I was facing him. We started kissing and then he said, "Tamara?" kiss kiss, I said, "yes?" kiss kiss, he said, "Will you be my sweat heart?" kiss. I felt lighter than air. No one has EVER asked me to be their "sweat heart" before. That's when I knew we had something special. And the funny thing is that it had only been about 5 day's! anyway, that's my version of the story. I wonder how he remembers it.

A Happy Family

My name is Tamara Zoerb. I'm married and have 5 children. My husband and I have been married for 6 years this July. We met 7 years ago while he was walking his dog. I was rollerblading down the street and he said "Hello." and from that moment on, we were inseparable. I love my husband so much, he's my best friend. Today is fathers day, and I'm so happy that he's the father of our beautiful children. He's so good to our kids, and they really love their daddy. I feel so blessed to have this wonderful family. The Lord has truly blessed us as a family and we strive everyday to be worthy of the blessings he's poured upon us. I pray that our children will grow up knowing how much their father and I love the Lord and that they'll want to live righteously and do what is right.
